*CCCU conferences and events are a benefit to institutions of the association and are typically closed to non-member individuals and institutions. There are exceptions to this rule. If you are a non-member or non-profit organization interested in attending, please send your request to conferences@cccu.org.

What does your registration cover?
Your conference registration fee covers access to all conference sessions and event meal functions. Lodging is not included. Please view the Hotel & Travel page of the website for hotel accommodations.

Eligibility:
The CCCU International Forum is open to the entire CCCU membership. Meeting registration will only be open to leadership, administrators, faculty, and staff from CCCU member campuses (all member types). Exceptions to this rule are for those vendors and suppliers who sponsor and/or exhibit at the Forum and non-profit partners of the CCCU. If you are interested in attending, but do not fit these descriptions, please send an e-mail request to conferences@cccu.org, and we will review the request.

All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet the CCCU eligibility policies. The CCCU reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation.

Only individuals who register and present a badge may attend conference events. A badge is required for all conference sessions and events. For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be removed from the conference without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be cancelled without a refund.

By registering for the conference, you agree to receive emails and mailings related to the conference. If you would like to opt-out from receiving the CCCU’s monthly eAdvance newsletter, or if you wish to no longer receive emails from the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities, please email editor@cccu.org

Full payment must accompany your registration. Please call the CCCU office at (202) 546-8713 if you need to make payment by check.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your registration at any time prior to the start of the program. If you must cancel, email conferences@cccu.org. Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by close of business on Friday, December 17, 2021. Refunds for cancellations received December 18-January 14, 2022 will be issued minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 14, 2022. Substitutions will be honored at any time. No-shows are not refunded.

COVID-19 Protocols:

The CCCU is constantly monitoring CDC guidelines. At this time, there is no plan to cancel the conference or shift to a virtual gathering. We are living in a new reality, and we think we can navigate that reality together.

Testing/Vaccination Policy

Currently the CCCU is requesting that attendees at the 2022 International Forum be fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID test 1-3 business days prior to arrival. This policy is subject to change. An individual can be considered fully vaccinated 14 days after completion of a COVID-19 vaccination series (after the second dose of a 2-dose series, or after one dose of a single-dose vaccine).

Masking Policy

During the conference, our posture will be to put safety first and being good neighbors to each other. We believe wearing masks has a positive impact on stemming infection and we strongly encourage all participants to do so. There may be times when a mask can be removed, such as during meals. We strongly recommend asking those at your table or in your group setting how each one feels about mask removal. Loving a neighbor may mean in this situation wearing a mask for their comfort. We are Christian higher education and therefore an honor system of compliance is enough. We are in this work and life together.
