*CCCU conferences and events are a benefit to our members and affiliates, so they are typically closed to non-member individuals and institutions unless they are sponsors, exhibitors, or speakers. There are some exceptions to this rule, so if you are a non-member interested in attending, please send your request to email@example.com
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING BADGES: The CCCU name badges will be produced by an outside vendor, so production time is longer than normal and we will not have the capability to print badges onsite. If your registration is received after 12 pm EST, January 10 you will be issued a blank badge onsite and you will hand write your contact information on your badge.
Your Full Registration Fee Includes (includes Spouse registrants):
- Access to peer group networking reception from 4:30 - 5:30 pm on Tuesday afternoon
- Access to peer group networking event on Tuesday evening from 5:30 - 7:00 pm
- Access to all sessions Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Access to exhibit hall Wednesday and Thursday
- Access to Thursday evening reception and awards celebration dinner
- Coffee, tea, and pastries as light breakfast option Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments Wednesday and Thursday and morning refreshments on Friday
- Buffet lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
Your Pre-Forum Registration Fee Includes:
- Access to Tuesday afternoon pre-Forum seminar of your choosing
- Light afternoon refreshments
- Evening reception

The CCCU International Forum is open to the entire CCCU membership. Meeting registration will only be open to leadership, administrators, faculty, and staff from CCCU members campuses (all member types). Exceptions to this rule are for those vendors and suppliers who sponsor and/or exhibit at the Forum and non-profit partners of the CCCU. If you are interested in attending, but do not fit these descriptions, please send an e-mail request to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will review the request.
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet the CCCU eligibility policies. The CCCU reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation.
Only individuals who register and present a badge may attend conference events. A badge is required for all conference sessions and events. For security reasons, badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be removed from the conference without a refund. In addition, the badge/name will be cancelled without a refund.
By registering for the conference, you are providing permission to receive emails, mailings, and faxes related to the conference. If you would like to opt-out from receiving the e-Advance Newsletter or if you wish to no longer receive emails from the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities, updates your preferences by logging into your MY CCCU account.
Full payment must accompany your registration. Please call the CCCU office at (202) 546-8713 if you need to make payment by check.
You may cancel your registration at any time prior to the start of the program. If you must cancel, email email@example.com.
Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by close of business on Friday, Dec. 15, 2017. Refunds for cancellations received Dec. 16 - 31, 2017, will be issued minus a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Dec. 31, 2017. Substitutions will be honored at any time. No-shows are not refunded.
By registering for and attending this event, you agree that your image may be used at any time, without further notification, for printed materials, websites, social media, and other marketing purposes. If you do not want us to use any photo that includes you, please contact the CCCU conference director at firstname.lastname@example.org.
