Angie Richey is the President of Life Pacific University, Chief Communications Officer, and she has been an Adjunct Professor for 16 years at Life Pacific University. She is also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Angie received her M.Ed with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction, an M. A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University and B. A. from Life Pacific University. She also served as the Assistant Director of Emmaus Road Counseling Center from 2010-2015. Angie has taught a wide range of age levels, directed programs and is a frequent presenter at conferences and retreats. She completed a documentary with acclaimed Academy Award winning Producer, Arnold Shapiro on the topic of Forgiveness which aired in November 2012. She and her husband lead The Gathering, a simple church network located in Santa Clarita, CA and have two children.

Charles Paul Conn has served as president of Lee University for thirty-three years. He became president in 1986, after fourteen years as a member of the psychology faculty at the same institution. During his administration, the university has seen significant growth: enrollment has increased from 1000 to over 5000, the physical campus has been substantially enlarged and rebuilt, and the school’s reputation as a regional leader has been established.

Shirley V. Hoogstra became the seventh president of the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities in September 2014. In this role, Hoogstra combines her zeal for the rule of law and her passion for Christian higher education as she promotes the value and purpose of high quality, Christ-centered liberal arts education that shapes students who love the Lord with all their heart, soul, and mind. Prior to the CCCU, Hoogstra served for 15 years as vice president for student life at her alma mater, Calvin University. She also spent more than a decade practicing law as a partner at a firm specializing in litigation in New Haven, Connecticut. She earned a Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Always an educator, Hoogstra has never lost her joy of seeing people developed to be their best selves. She continues to advocate for expanding diversity and inclusion on CCCU campuses and making education available, accessible, and affordable to all students.

Tim will be the first to tell you that “it takes a campus to recruit a student,” and then give you not only the data you need, but the “so what?” behind it to set successful strategies for your institution’s health, stability, and sustainable culture in motion. Tim leads Credo as an Owner, Senior Vice President, and Executive Leadership Team member, bringing empathy and urgency to his work both internally at Credo, and as he consults across campuses in the areas of strategic planning, enrollment health and integration, and how a campus can prepare for the future of higher education.
