The Grand Sandestin registration desk is located in the Village & Grand Complex at 9500 Grand Sandestin Blvd and is open daily between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. If you arrive after 6:00 pm, please check-in at the Sandestin Welcome Center located on the Beachside at 9300 Emerald Coast Pkwy W, and you will be escorted to the Grand Sandestin after you check-in.
All conference sessions and events will take place at the Baytowne Conference Center, adjacent to the Grand Sandestin. The resort offers a tram service to nearby Baytowne Wharf, where guests can enjoy shopping, water activities, restaurants, and more

The cut-off date to reserve your hotel room at the discounted group rate is January 16, 2023. Room reservation requests after this date may be subject to hotel availability at the standard rate. Because of limited availability, we advise making your reservation as soon as possible.
You are not required to register for the Conference prior to reserving your room at the Sandestin, but we will be crosschecking the hotel rooming list against registered attendees. Room reservations could be subject to cancellation if you are not registered for the meeting by January 16, 2023. We would truly appreciate your support by booking within the CCCU block at the hotel so that we can fulfill our obligation to our hotel partner.
