The professional development of individuals serving on CCCU campuses is critical to the Council’s mission of advancing the cause of Christ-centered higher education by faithfully relating scholarship and service to biblical truth. In order to equip the leaders on our campuses to better reflect the integration of faith and learning, the Council offers quality programs to challenge, inform and encourage more trustees, presidents, faculty (particularly new faculty), cabinet-level administrators and other key campus staff in areas that relate to the CCCU mission. Special leadership development programs and faculty opportunities are provided as catalysts to the professional development of the faculty, staff and administrators of Council campuses.
