Association of Christians Teaching Sociology
View Bibliographic Information >>

The Association of Christians Teaching Sociology provides a forum where Christian sociologists can explore the implications of the Christian faith for the thinking and doing of sociology. It also provides a place to engage in personal and professional development through concentrated discussion on the integration of the sociological vocation with the Christian calling. Participants in ACTS also gain a unique opportunity for Christian fellowship with individuals who share a disciplinary commitment. The ACTS also creates a network for Christian sociologists--allowing social support, collaboration and dialogues. ACTS sponsors a listserv at ACTS-L@mail.messiah.edu.
