Presidential Leadership Associates
 
Dr. William C. Crothers formed Presidential Leadership Associates, LLC following a successful 21 years as president of Roberts Wesleyan College, a CCCU member in Rochester, NY.  Dr. Crothers has served on the CCCU board and, following retirement, as a CCCU Senior Fellow.  He is also chair of the United Christian College Fund.  PLA's Senior Associates include Dr. Bob Andringa, CCCU president, and Dr. Jay Kesler, president emeritus of Taylor University. 
 
Dr. Crothers has created close to 50 informational handouts on many aspects of campus leadership and management.  These have been used at several CCCU events for presidents and board members.  At our request, he has made them available for this web site.
