To further study the issue of environmental stewardship, to incorporate a more solid biblical basis within the courses I teach and to attempt a systematic examination of the Biblical issues surrounding plants and people. The challenge would be to make these issues and illustrations come alive for students and really integrate the whole subject matter, rather than being relegated to the status of incidental illustrations. This will also benefit my input into our University's Ecological Stewardship Committee (which I chair).
