The Mentoring Program at Malone College is a three-semester program conducted for new faculty in which a "veteran" Malone faculty member is paired up with each first-year faculty member in order for the new member to gain collegial support and information from a non-departmental colleague in an intentional way. The following information sheet discusses the purposes of this program in more detail and includes a checklist.
