The CAP 2009-10 Online Registration Form includes the following information:
Surveys:
Our focus this year, Oct/Nov of 2009, will be the SSI, PSS, and IPS.
For the first time, we are offering a new survey for parents of current students, which is the companion instrument to the SSI. This new survey, the Parent Satisfaction Survey (PSS), can be ordered when registering online.
Spring 2010, CSS will also be offered this year. This survey is given to your graduating seniors. We will contact you in February with more information on this survey.
*The charge for this survey is $800. CCCU will invoice directly for this survey. (Campuses will pay HERI directly for surveys completed.) Participants will receive a CSS vs. National comparison, CSS vs. CCCU Norms and a CIRP and CSS longitudinal report.
Invoicing:
We are changing the way we do our invoicing. You will continue to register with us and we will pass along your order to Noel Levitz, however, Noel Levitz will invoice you directly for your order using the fees and prices listed on this attached document and online registration order form. We will continue to invoice you for the CSS.
