If you are administering the CSS to your graduating seniors this Spring 2010, please complete this releaseform and send it to the CCCU offices byMarch 31, 2010.
Here are the steps we'll follow:
1. Register with us to indicate you wish to participate in the CSS 2010.
2. Register with HERI.
3. Administer the CSS to seniors prior to the end of the spring semester.
Waiting until near graduation is a good thing theoretically, but problematic because graduating seniors stop caring about doing surveys (amazing, isn't it!). The goal is to get views of people as they exit campus. It will be helpful for you to identify the places and times for administering the surveys now to be a part of the calendar of events well before the administration.
4. HERI will send you an invoice which will reflect the processing of surveys only THE CCCU DOES NOT PAY THIS FEE.The CCCU does pay the $775.00 registration fee and you will be invoiced directly from the CCCU. Also, as part of CAP, you will receive CCCU norms and an executive summary at no additional cost.
5. You should receive your results by midsummer. More information on results will be forthcoming.
