Criteria & Application for Affiliate Status

Members of the CCCU are accredited four-year institutions focused on undergraduate education in the liberal arts tradition and located in North America. Member campuses meet specific criteria including comprehensive curriculum requirements outlined in the application for CCCU membership and has a continuing policy of hiring only persons who profess faith in Jesus Christ to full-time faculty and administrative positions.

Affiliate institutions may include:

• Institutions which do not fully meet member curriculum or hiring criteria
• Institutions which are not primarily four-year undergraduate colleges
• Institutions outside North America
