Airline Discounts CCCU has secured discounts with select airlines for the Forum. The following is the list of airlines that will offer minimal discounts for travel to Atlanta for the Forum. For each of the listed airlines arrival and departure travel dates can only be booked three days prior to the start and three days following the close of the Forum. For example, if you wish to attend pre-Forum sessions beginning on Tuesday, February 23rd the earliest arrival date that you can request with the discount would be February 20, 2010.

Each payment can be made with a check (company, travel agency or cashiers), a money order, a UATP card, or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club or American Express) for the entire amount due. Multiple checks and/or credit cards are not accepted. Payments received within 30 days of travel must be made by a credit card, cashier check, or money order only. Personal checks are not accepted.
Reservations will be held up to ten (10) days from the original date of booking. If travel is within 30 days, payment will be due at the time of booking but no later than one (1) business day after the quote. The reservation will automatically cancel if payment is not received at the AirTran Airways by the allotted time.
Fares purchased through this program are not refundable. Any itinerary changes made after the reservation is confirmed will be subject to a per passenger change fee of $75.00 USD plus any fare difference, if applicable. The discount will not be applied to any changes. Passengers may make a one-time change (either name or itinerary) without having to pay the change fee. However, any fare increases still apply. All subsequent changes will be subject to a change fee and any applicable fare increases.
