The Fine Arts Department of North Central University exists to develop passionate, spiritual leaders through academic excellence and rigorous, practical application.

 

North Central University, Minneapolis, MN, a fully accredited university owned by the Assemblies of God fellowship is looking for a full-time assistant/associate professor in its Music program.  Faculty responsibilities include teaching 12 credits per semester, academic advising, working collaboratively on departmental and university committees, participating in the spiritual life of the NCU community, and engaging regularly in professional development and scholarly activity.

 

Compensation is based on qualifications, including education and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Certification in Music Education

·         Rhythm section and orchestral/band background

·         Theory/composition

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Master’s minimum, Doctorate preferred
