CEDARVILLE UNIVERSITY is a comprehensive, primarily undergraduate, Baptist university of arts, sciences, and professional programs with an enrollment of 3,000. It combines a balanced liberal arts focus with an evangelical, non-charismatic, theological position. Faculty, who must be born-again Christians, must agree with our doctrinal statement, Community Covenant, and General Work Place Standards. In addition to teaching excellence, expectations include Biblical integration of faith/learning, student advising, scholarly pursuits, service activities, collegiality, and church involvement.

Faculty position in International Business for the Department of Business Administration (DBA). The DBA is an ACBSP accredited business department of fifteen faculty members and 300 students offering majors in accounting, finance, global economics and international business, information systems, management, and marketing. Responsibilities commence in August 2008 with applications accepted until the position is filled. Primary responsibilities include teaching international business to a variety of majors and several international business classes to IB majors. The ideal candidate must be capable of teaching Policy and Strategy. Other duties include curriculum development, advising, and committee work.

Required: ABD, nearing completion or Master's degree with outstanding professional experience. Ph.D. in International Business or related field, a demonstrated record of scholarship and involvement with professional academic organizations and successful college-level teaching or related experience preferred. Must have a strong Christian commitment with an interest in the integration of faith and business.
