CEDARVILLE UNIVERSITY is a comprehensive, primarily undergraduate, Baptist university of arts, sciences, and professional programs with an enrollment of 3,000. Non-tenure track faculty opening for a Head Women’s Volleyball Coach who will also teach courses in Sport Management. Coaching responsibilities include directing all aspects of a competitive NAIA and NCCAA Division I volleyball program, recruitment of qualified student-athletes, scheduling contests; managing the budget; directing the summer volleyball camp for girls; and contributing to student-athlete spiritual growth and development. Teaching responsibilities include teaching and advising students in Sport Management. Qualifications include a minimum of a Master’s degree in Sport Management or a related field; demonstrated successful coaching and college teaching experience; ability to recruit student-athletes; ability to manage the budget; and ability to mentor college students and student-athletes.
