Consider hosting your next meeting, event or conference, in the nation's capitol. Discover the Dellenback Center, offered by the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU). The Center's multi-use facilities cater to those organizations affiliated with the CCCU. Situated in one of Washington's historically preserved neighborhoods, the Dellenback Center's prime, central D.C. location makes it a beautiful and convenient setting.

The Dellenback Center

Dellenback Center Each apartment contains two bedrooms, with bunk-bed style beds, and air-conditioning.  The apartments are fully furnished (beds, desks, couches, tables, wardrobe, etc) and adequately spacious to include a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave), bathroom, living room, and washer-dryer.  The Dellenback Center also features an excercise facility, several lounges, the Student Commons, and a rooftop deck.
Dellenback Center Student Lounge The Student Lounge is equipped with satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, and soda machine.
Dellenback Center Parlor The DellenbackCenter's front parlor is formally furnished and set aside for quiet reading and conversation and for meeting guests.  The parlor's piano is available when the room is not otherwise in use.  Please be careful with food and drink in the parlor.
Dellenback Center Hatfield Library The Hatfield Library, located across the hall from the parlor, is also for quiet study with desks and tables.  Here, too, please be careful with food and drink.
Dellenback Center Student Commons The Student Commons serves as both classroom and dining hall.  Most of the seminars are held here.
Dellenback Center Roof-top Deck

Roof-top deck: Enjoy the sunshine, fresh air and dazzling panorama of Northeast Washington, D.C. from our roof-top deck, complete with built-in seating. The deck's bird's-eye view provides a distinctive, tranquil backdrop for any occasion for up to 45 people.

A fee of $70 per day will provide access to all these rooms.

Appliances and Conveniences 

Telephones:

Each apartment will have its own telephone and direct telephone number. Local telephone calls are free. You can make long distance phone calls from your apartment by calling collect or by using a calling card. Voicemail is provided.

Bedding/Linens:

All apartments will include sheets for single beds, pillows, blankets, bedspreads, and towels.

Appliances NOT provided in the apartment are:

  • Blender
  • Coffee Maker
  • TV
  • Stereo Equipment
  • Cleaning Products
  • Clothes Hangers (There is a wardrobe and closet in every bedroom) 
  • Computer and Internet service

A 1-week minimum stay is required.
