The CCCU facilities offer several rooms that are available for use.
The Student Commons is intended for both meals and lectures.Approval from the operations manager is required if more than 50 people are anticipated for any event. You may also contact the operations manager to request any audio/visual equipment.Video equipment will be operated by the operations manager or an approved designee.
The Conference Center is intended for meetings of 20-25 people, complete with visual equipment and a large-screen television. The nearby kitchen makes this room ideal for hosting meetings over a meal.
All rooms mentioned above carry a rental fee (which includes set-up and clean-up costs) for any activity that is not a part of the daily operations of the Council. Please check with the facilities manager for current rates. A CCCU team member must be host and present for a non-Council event.
