The CCCU staff work closely with a strong group of volunteer leaders to fulfill the Council’s mission. Advisory groups, called Commissions, advise the president and staff as well as help organize many conferences and projects.

Under the direction of a 14-member board of directors, the CCCU's many services are coordinated by more than 60 staff members and hundreds of volunteer leaders. Together, these groups strive to advance the cause of Christ-centered higher education and to help CCCU campuses transform lives by faithfully relating scholarship and service to biblical truth.
