All use of the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities’ (CCCU) World Wide Web site is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Any use of such Web pages constitutes the user’s agreement to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Copyright
CCCU.org pages are designed for informational and educational purposes only. All information provided by CCCU is owned by or licensed to CCCU. CCCU and its licensors retain all proprietary rights to the information contained on the pages.
Permission to reproduce materials in CCCU.org beyond what is permitted as "fair use" under Sections 107 and 108 of the U.S. Copyright Law, is granted only to classroom teachers, professors, and religious educators for nonprofit educational use. Copies of individual articles or reviews may be distributed for classroom use or course assignments, or placed on library reserve, provided (1) there is no charge to the ultimate user above the actual cost of copying, and (2) each copy includes full citation of source.

The rights of CCCU in its Web site are protected by local copyright laws, and your use of any material on this page is subject to those same laws. Copyright Infringement
With the passage of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act in October, 1998, CCCU has designated the following individual to receive notice of unauthorized online use of copyrighted materials:

The notice of copyright infringement must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person alleging the infringement.

Our Commitment to Online Privacy
Thank you for using the Web site of the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU). In order to fulfill its mission to advance the cause of Christ-centered higher education and to help its institutions transform lives by faithfully relating scholarship and service to biblical truth, CCCU uses electronic communication to contact its member and affiliate campuses and to coordinate initiatives on an international scale.
CCCU is committed to protecting your online privacy, and this notice explains CCCU's online information practices and how your information is collected and used. So that this notice is easy to find, it is available to all visitors to CCCU.org.
Anonymous Visitor Access
You can view the CCCU.org home page and all interior CCCU.org Web pages without disclosing any personal information.
Visitors to the CCCU.org are not able to communicate with other visitors and cannot post information to be accessed by others. CCCU does not automatically log personal data nor do we link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals. CCCU does not use cookies to store personal data nor does CCCU link nonpersonal information stored in cookies with personal data about specific individuals.
CCCU does use cookies to track usage of the CCCU Web site using Web tracking software. These cookies are used to track numbers of visitors to the entire Web site. These cookies do not, and cannot, provide CCCU with personal information about the visitors.
Personal Visitor Information
We collect the personal information that you may volunteer while using our electronic services, such as completing an online meeting registration form or sending us e-mail. We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or entities, or private organizations. We do not disclose your personal data to our subsidiaries or other organizations.
Information that we collect from the online registration forms includes:
- Name
- Title
- Institution
- Address
- Phone and fax numbers
- E-mail address
- Credit card number, expiration date and the cardholder’s name
- Registration category
How We Use Information Collected via Online Communication
We use the information you provide about yourself when registering for a meeting only to complete your registration and only for that specific meeting except that a list of attendee names and addresses is available to meeting attendees, sponsors and exhibitors. No other information is shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that registration.
For e-mail correspondence not collected via online registration forms, we use the return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail inquiries we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Our Commitment to Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Information obtained via online registration forms is encrypted, using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology. An SSL connection ensures privacy, authentication, and message integrity. CCCU.org also uses a Verisign digital certificate (http://www.verisign.com). With Verisign and SSL Technology, information sent via the Internet is encrypted and authenticated to protect access to communications and transactions.
URLs beginning with "https://" indicate that an SSL connection will be used.
Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. We never collect or maintain information at our Web site from persons we know to be under age 13, and no part of our Web site is designed to attract anyone under age 13. Please do not communicate with or contact us if you are under age 13.
How You Can Review or Correct Your Information

If we do have personal data about you, we will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data that we keep about you, and we will provide the information without any charge.
Factual errors in your personally identifiable information including out-of-date information can be corrected by sending us a request that credibly shows that error.
And, to protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identify before making corrections or releasing your information for review.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Because privacy laws both within the United States and overseas are in a state of flux and subject to change, CCCU reserves the right to change this privacy policy effective when it is re-posted to CCCU.org. When changes are made to this privacy policy, CCCU will not reduce the scope of this privacy policy.
